Yarnic Trends Private Limited

Yarnic Trends is run out of Malook Singh Bardhan’s place in Pargor. It’s a village business through and through. We work with yarn and clothes, trying to keep up with what people are wearing these days. Being in a VPO like Pargor means everyone knows each other. We do most of our work in a small space that used to be part of the main house. It gets a bit cluttered with all the different colors of yarn lying around. Sometimes we have to dig through piles just to find the ledger. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s usually just a couple of us deciding what to do next over lunch. We like the fact that we can work from home and still be part of the textile world. The logistics can be a bit tricky being away from the main highway, but we’ve figured out which transporters are reliable. We aren’t looking to take over the world or anything. We just want to make decent yarn products that people actually want to buy. Our days are filled with checking samples and talking to the people who do the weaving for us. It’s a simple life and we wouldn't have it any other way. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about sounding like a big company. If the work is good, people will come back. That is our hope anyway.
