Vartman Constructions Llp is up in Siliguri, which is in the Darjeeling district. We are based near the Amtala Club in an area called Ashrampara. Our office is on the first floor of the Taruchhya Apartment. Siliguri is a busy hub, and being near the club means there’s usually something happening nearby. The apartment building is a nice place to work from, and the first floor is easy to get to. We handle construction projects in and around the city. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are in the right places. We aren't a huge company with a bunch of fancy titles. We are just a team of people who know how to put buildings together. The office in Taruchhya Apartment is where we do all our planning and meeting. It’s got a bit of a view of the street, so we can see the weather changing over the mountains sometimes. We keep our talk simple and don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. People in Siliguri appreciate a direct approach, and that is what we provide. We’ve been at this Ashrampara location for some time now. It’s a good spot for us because it’s central to many of the areas where we work. We are just a local construction outfit, doing our best to get things built right in this part of West Bengal.
