Tarai-Dooars Construction Private Limited

We are based in Debinagar, which is up near the Tarai and Dooars region. Our office is actually care of Phanibhushan Roy's place in Ward No. 14. Being in this part of the state is very different from being down in Kolkata. The pace is a bit slower but the construction work is still demanding. We spend a lot of time thinking about the weather because it rains a lot up here. That can really mess up a building schedule. We are a small operation. Most of us have lived in this area for a long time. We know the land and we know the people. We don't use any fancy corporate talk because that's not who we are. We just build things. Whether it's a small house or a larger structure, we put in the time. Our office setup is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of project files. People from the ward often stop by just to chat or ask about what we are working on next. It feels like a small community business because it is one. We don't have a big website or a social media manager. We just rely on the work we do. It keeps us busy enough and we like being close to the hills and the tea gardens. It is just a normal life here.
