Sribalajee Realbuild Private Limited is found on the 5th floor of the Tradium building. We are right on Sevoke Road, across from Bhagwati Marbles in Siliguri. Being up on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the area, but we spend most of our time looking at blueprints and invoices. Siliguri is a fast-growing place, and we’ve been trying to keep up with it from our 734001 address. We aren't one of those big developers with a million employees. We are just a small team handling real estate and building work. We don't use those slick marketing phrases you see on billboards. To us, it’s just about getting the structures right and making sure the math adds up. The office on Sevoke Road is where we meet and talk about the next steps for whatever project we have going. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the traffic on the road below, but that’s just life in this city. We don't have a big corporate story to tell. We just started this company because we knew the area and we knew the work. We keep things honest and practical. We don't promise anything impossible. We just do the work as best as we can and try to stay organized. That’s how we’ve always operated here at Sribalajee Realbuild over the years.
