You can find us over at Shyam Plaza. We are on the first floor in Flat No. B2S. Our office is right across the road from Hotel Amrawati on F Road. It is a pretty good location because everyone knows where the hotel is. We are Spsr Developers Llp. We have been working in development for a while now. The office is not very fancy, just a place where we can sit down and look at our plans. We spend most of our time out at the actual sites anyway. F Road is always busy with traffic and people, so it is never quiet. We are a small team of local folks. We do not have any big titles or formal ways of doing things. We just talk to the workers and the suppliers and try to keep things moving. Sometimes we have meetings in the office and other times we just meet at a site. We deal with the usual problems like late deliveries or bad weather. It is just part of the job. We have been in this area for a long time and we know how things work here. We do not bother with big speeches or empty promises. We just try to finish what we started. It is a lot of work, but we are used to it by now. We like the local vibe of Shyam Plaza and the surrounding streets. It is where we feel most comfortable working every day.
