Shiv Himalaya Overseas is situated in the Gitanjali Complex on Nivedita Road. It’s a busy part of Pradhan Nagar, so there is always a lot of activity outside. We share the space here, and it’s a pretty simple setup without any of those expensive decorations you see in big city offices. Kinshuk Sharma's place has become the hub for our daily operations. Siliguri traffic can be a nightmare, so we usually try to get in before the rush starts on Nivedita Road. The complex itself is easy to find if you know the area. We handle our overseas business from a few desks and a lot of phone calls. It gets noisy sometimes when the market nearby is in full swing, but you get used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. It’s just us talking to people and getting things sorted. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs aren't the most ergonomic things in the world, but they work fine for us. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep up with the paperwork that seems to never end. It’s a grounded way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just focus on the tasks at hand and make sure the overseas stuff is moving along as it should. It is just another working day for us here in Siliguri. No big mission statements, just getting things done.
