S2Ii Infratech LLP is situated in Bijanbari, Darjeeling. We are at Chanda House on the 1st floor, right near Vidya Sagar High School. It’s a beautiful part of the world, though the weather can be a bit unpredictable. When the clouds come in, you can barely see the school across the way. Our office is a modest space in Goenka Gram. It’s not like those fancy offices you see in the big cities. We have wooden floors and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s home for us. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and checking on site progress. Being near the school means it gets a bit loud when the kids are let out for the day, but we like the energy. We start our day early here, often before the mist has fully cleared. There is always a smell of tea in the air. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets, just the stuff we need to get the job done. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the phone to filing documents. We are just a local business trying to do honest work in the hills. We don't have any big corporate slogans or polished pitches. We just work out of Chanda House and try to do right by our neighbors every single day.
