We’re located right in the middle of the action at Naya Bazar in Siliguri. Our office is in the Mansinghka Complex, specifically with Shree Shyam Store. It’s a very busy part of town, with people constantly moving around and the sounds of the market all day long. We’ve been doing our chartered accountancy work here for quite a while. It’s not a quiet, sterile office like you might find in a big city business district. It’s a working office in every sense of the word. We have piles of folders and books everywhere you look. We handle everything from audits to basic tax filings for the local merchants and residents. Because we’re in Naya Bazar, we’re very much a part of the daily life here. People often just pop in when they’re already out doing their shopping or running errands. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or a waiting room with expensive magazines. It’s just a practical space where we sit down and get through the paperwork. Sometimes the heat and the noise from the market can be a bit much, but it’s just part of the environment. We don’t try to sound more important than we are. We’re just local accountants helping people stay on top of their finances. It’s a busy, sometimes messy, but very honest way of doing business in the heart of Siliguri. We just handle the numbers as they come in.
