Riverside Pharmacy Llp is situated in Fortune Plaza, which is right on the first floor. We are out in the Dagapur area of Siliguri, near the Pradhan Nagar police station. If you know the Singalila Apartments, we are right beside them. It’s a pretty good location because it’s easy to explain to delivery drivers. The office is a bit of a mix between a storage space and a workspace. We have shelves lined with various pharmaceutical products and a few desks where we handle the billing and the paperwork. Working in Darjeeling district means we get some nice weather sometimes, but mostly it’s just busy. Being on the first floor is convenient for moving boxes in and out. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and charts to help us keep track of our inventory. The team here is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing boxes. We don’t have a lot of formal meetings. Most of our planning happens over a quick cup of chai in the afternoon. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve got a lot of neighbors in the plaza, so there’s always someone to chat with if things get quiet, though they rarely do. We just focus on getting the medicine where it needs to go without any unnecessary delays or complications.
