RIDDHESH LAND DEVELOPERS LLP

Our office is tucked away in Siliguri, right in the heart of the Darjeeling district. We are pretty close to the Rupkatha Apartments, which most people around here know as a landmark. The specific address is 253 Girish Ghosh Sarani in Hakimpara. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and people walking by at all hours. We’ve been operating Riddhesh Land Developers LLP from this spot for a bit. Being in Siliguri is interesting because you’re right at the gateway to the hills, though we spend most of our time down on the flat ground looking at plots. We spend a lot of our days walking around different pieces of land, checking boundaries, and talking to folks about what they want to do with their space. It’s a lot of walking and a fair amount of paperwork that keeps us busy. We aren't one of those big firms with shiny brochures. Most of what we do is just based on knowing the local area and the people in it. Siliguri has grown so fast lately, and it’s been a lot to keep up with. Sometimes we grab a snack from one of the vendors on Girish Ghosh Sarani and just watch the traffic go by while we talk about the next job. It’s honest work, even if it’s a bit messy sometimes with all the dirt and the heat. We just try to be straightforward with everyone we meet.
