You can find us over in Matigara Bazar at Dhanmath. We are located near the police station area, Mouza Baniakhari. This part of Matigara is always moving, especially around the bazar. REAL TAKER DEVELOPERS AND CONSTRUCTION L LP is basically just a group of us who know construction and how to build things around here. We spend a lot of time on site, making sure the foundation is right or checking the brickwork. It’s dusty and loud work, but that is what we do. Our office is right in the middle of the local action, which makes it easy to talk to people in the neighborhood. We don’t really do the big city corporate thing. We prefer being on the ground where the actual building happens. Some days we are dealing with the heat, other days it’s the rain, but the work has to move forward. We handle a mix of residential and small commercial spots. People around here know where to find us if they have questions. It’s a straightforward operation. We wake up, head to the site or the office at J.L No 55, and get through the list of tasks for the day. There is always something that needs fixing or a plan that needs a quick adjustment. We just take it one step at a time and try to stay honest with the people we work for and the community around us.
