Propiq Services Llp is situated at Shanti Square on the 2nd Mile of Sevoke Road. If you know Siliguri, you know Sevoke Road is one of the busiest stretches in the city. There’s always traffic and noise, which makes our office feel like a little refuge. Shanti Square is a decent building with other shops and offices. We’re on the second floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street below. We provide various services, mostly related to property and general business help. It’s a small team here. We have a few desks pushed together and a corner where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. Working in Siliguri is interesting because you get people coming from the hills and the plains. It’s a real mix. We don’t dress up much for work; a plain shirt is usually enough. We like to keep things straightforward and honest with anyone who walks through the door. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just use our common sense and try to be helpful. The 2nd Mile area is growing fast, so there’s always something new being built nearby. It’s a good place to be if you want to be in the middle of the action. We’re usually here from morning till late evening, just keeping the files moving and the clients informed. We don't have much time for breaks, but we enjoy the work we do.
