Pratima Medical

Our shop, Pratima Medical, is located in the Green Park Apartment building on Meghnad Saha Sarani. We are in the Pradhan Nagar area of Siliguri, which is a pretty well-known part of town. One thing that helps people find us is the State Bank nearby. If you find the bank, you’re basically there. We’ve been in this building for a while, and it’s a nice enough place to be. The apartment residents often come down to get what they need, but we also get people passing through the 734003 area. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a small area for us to work. We try to keep everything in its right place so we can find things fast when someone is waiting. Siliguri can get pretty rainy, so we often have people ducking in to stay dry for a minute while they wait for their orders. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything like that. It’s just us running the shop day by day. We talk to the delivery guys, stock the cabinets, and talk to the customers about how their families are doing. It feels like a small community here in Pradhan Nagar. We don't do much in the way of promotion. The sign outside is enough for most people to see where we are. It’s a straightforward business, and we like it that way.
