Pella Creative Private Limited

We are up in Darjeeling on Gandhi Road. The exact spot is Upper Bockshi Jhora and we are based at the house of Latshering Tamang. It is a steep walk to get here as anyone who knows the hills will tell you. Pella Creative Private Limited is just a small outfit and we like it that way because it is peaceful. The weather up here is usually quite cold so we always have a kettle of hot tea going in the small kitchen area. The address is 734102 and the view from the window is mostly trees and other houses clinging to the hillside. Sometimes when it’s foggy you can’t see the road at all. The office itself is just a couple of rooms with some computers and drawing pads. It is not like those offices you see in big cities with glass walls. We have wooden floors that creak when you walk on them. Being near Anjali Lama's place makes it easy for locals to find us. We don't really do much advertising ourselves. People just know we are here. Working in Darjeeling has its own pace and we don't try to rush things too much. Most days we are just busy with our own projects until the sun goes down and it gets too chilly to stay. It’s a very local way of doing business and it suits our creative needs.
