We’ve been here in Bankimnagar for a while now. If you know the area near Sevoke Road, you probably know how busy it gets with all the traffic and people moving around. Our place is situated right near the Shiv Mangal School and not too far from the Iskon Mandir Road. It’s a lively spot to be in. Every morning, we get started early at Pas Snacks Products Llp to handle the day’s work. There’s always something going on, whether it's loading stuff or just making sure the place is tidy. Being in Siliguri means we deal with all kinds of weather, from the heavy rains to the humid afternoons. Sometimes the noise from the school kids nearby reminds us of how fast time goes by. We aren't a big fancy operation, just a group of people working together to make snacks. People sometimes stop by to ask for directions because of where we are located. We try to keep things simple here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we focus more on what’s happening inside. It’s just how things are in this part of Darjeeling district. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings come up and old ones get renovated, but we’re still here doing our thing day in and day out. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and part of the local community. It isn't always easy, but it is home.
