We operate out of Baniabari, working with Rohit Pandey and his father Mukti Nath Pandey. It’s a family-style environment here, very far from the corporate world you see in the big cities. We handle pharmaceutical products and spend most of our time in a simple office and storage area. The building isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can keep the inventory safe and dry. Being in this part of the country means things move a bit slower, but we still keep busy. We don’t have a marketing team or a polished website. It’s just us answering the phones and writing out the orders. Mukti Nath has a lot of experience and keeps an eye on things, while Rohit handles the day-to-day tasks. We spend a lot of time checking the stock levels to make sure we don't run out of anything important. The heat can be a bit much in the summer, so we have a few old fans that keep the air moving while we work. We focus on the simple things, like making sure the boxes are labeled correctly and the deliveries go out on time. It’s a quiet sort of life in Baniabari, and we are happy with that. We don't use complicated words to describe what we do. We just buy and sell medicines and try to keep our records straight. It’s honest work that keeps the local shops supplied, and that’s enough for us.
