We are over here at Mangturam Road, specifically in Ward Number 8 in Khalpara. The office is tucked into the building where Omraomal Goyal is. It is a busy part of the neighborhood, and you can usually hear the noise from the street coming through the windows while we work. Most of the time, we are just handling property papers or talking to people about local land. It isn’t a very big place, just enough room for the desks and some chairs for people who drop by. We’ve been around this area for a bit now, and we know the streets pretty well. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit there and wait for it to come back on while talking about the latest developments around town. The address is 514/401/347, which can be a bit tricky for people to find the first time they visit us. We usually tell them to look for the landmark nearby. Working in real estate in a place like this means a lot of walking around and checking on sites when the sun isn't too hot. It is mostly practical work, nothing too fancy.
