Sumeru Oxy Ware (P) Ltd. is over at 107/1 Mechuwa Bazar Road in Siliguri. West Bengal is a beautiful place, and Siliguri is always bustling because it’s a gateway to so many areas. Our office and warehouse are right in the Mechuwa Bazar area. It’s a very active market, so there’s always movement outside. We deal with industrial gases and related equipment. The warehouse is full of cylinders and regulators. It’s a heavy business. We spend a lot of time checking safety valves and making sure everything is secured properly. We have a small team here who knows how to handle the equipment. The office part is just a few desks and a lot of logbooks. We keep track of every cylinder that goes out and comes back. It’s a lot of manual work and loading trucks. Siliguri’s weather can be unpredictable, so we have to watch out for the rain during deliveries. We’ve been at this Mechuwa Bazar Road spot for years. People in the industry know where to find us. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just handle the orders as they come in and make sure the deliveries are on time. It’s a dusty, busy environment, but it’s what we know. We drink our tea and get through the day’s list of tasks one by one.
