MANOR HAVEN BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Manor Haven Builders Private Limited is based out of the 10th floor in Tower 1 of Upwan Apts. It is inside the Uttorayan Township in Matigara, Siliguri. Being up so high gives us a nice view, but mostly we are looking at blueprints or checking our schedules. The office is basically just a flat that we converted so we can work on our housing projects. It is a quiet spot which is good for when we need to think. My brother and I started this because we saw how much Siliguri was growing. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We do our best to stay on top of the construction sites across the city. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, which can be annoying when we are in a rush. We handle the materials and the workers ourselves. It is a lot of back and forth between the office and the building sites. We keep our files in big cabinets against the wall. It is not very modern, but we know where everything is. People in the township know us fairly well now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to build solid places where families can actually live without problems. It is just regular work for us every single day. We stay busy enough and try to keep things moving forward.
