Lumina Developers LLP is based up in Siliguri, right in the International Market on Sevoke Road. We’re in Office No 23 on the 3rd floor. If you know Siliguri, you know how busy Sevoke Road gets. It’s a major hub for this part of Darjeeling district. We spend our days here dealing with all kinds of development work. Being in a market building means there is always something happening around us. It can be a bit loud with all the shoppers and traders, but we like the energy. We’ve got a small team and we keep things pretty casual. There’s no dress code or anything like that, just people working. The view from the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a look at the mountains when the clouds clear up, which is nice. Working in North Bengal has its own set of challenges, like the weather or the transport issues, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people from around the region. It’s not a fancy corporate life, just a regular office job. We try to stay on top of our paperwork and keep our projects on track. It's a lot of coordination and making sure the details aren't missed. We’ve been in this office for a while and the neighbors in the market know us well.
