We are Krystal Premier Properties Private Limited, and you can find our office at Mangturam Road, over in Ward No. 8 in the Khalpara area. We are located care of Omraomal Goyal at 514/401/347. It is a bit of a specific address, but once you get to Khalpara, most people can point you in the right direction. We spend our time working on property matters here. It is a busy part of town and there is always something going on outside our windows. We are a small team and we don't have a lot of time for making ourselves sound like some big international firm. We are just local people working in the local property market. Some days are filled with people coming in to ask about land or buildings, and other days we are just buried in paperwork trying to get things filed correctly. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. If a property is good, we say so, and if it has issues, we mention those too. It’s better to be honest about these things from the start. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve seen how much the area has changed. We like being part of the community here on Mangturam Road. It’s our home base and where we plan to stay for the foreseeable future, just doing the work as it comes. There is always a lot of traffic on the road, but we find that it keeps things interesting when we are sitting at our desks.
