Kavita Mundra

I've been here at Geetanjali Complex for a while now. It's on Sevoke Road, right near the PCM Tower in Siliguri. People usually find me easily because of the landmark. I started this place mostly because I wanted something of my own in this part of town. It gets quite busy outside, but once you step in, it's a bit quieter. I handle most things myself. It’s not a huge setup. The 2nd mile area is always moving, lots of traffic and shops around. Sometimes I forget how long I've been sitting in this office. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what I need. I try to stay organized, but sometimes paperwork piles up on the desk. People from the neighborhood drop in, sometimes just to ask directions since we’re near the main road. I don't really have a big team or anything, just me and occasionally someone to help with the heavy lifting or errands. It's a simple life here in 734001. I like the morning tea from the stall downstairs. Siliguri has changed a lot lately, more buildings coming up everywhere. But this spot feels like home now. I keep regular hours, nothing too fancy. If the door is open, I'm here. If not, I'm probably out running an errand near the tower. It’s just how it goes when you run a small place on your own.
