Humongous Developers Private Limited

Our office is actually a bit unique because we are located at the Oaks Tea Estate. You can find us at Shanti Bazar in Sonada, at House No-386. We are currently operating c/o Anjana Giri. Humongous Developers Private Limited is the name we use. Being up in the hills like this makes for a very different work environment than the city. Sonada is a quiet place most of the time, and working near a tea estate means the air is usually fresh, though it gets quite cold in the winter months. We are developers, so we spend a lot of our time looking at land and thinking about how to build things that fit into this landscape. Our office is basically just a house, which makes it feel very personal and not at all like a cold corporate building. We know our neighbors and everyone at Shanti Bazar. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and what we do. We sit around the table, look at sketches, and talk about what’s possible on the hillsides. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we prefer taking our time to make sure things are done right. It is a quiet, steady kind of life here in Sonada, and we are happy to be part of the community here.
