HAARDIT DEVELOPERS LLP

We are over here in Ward No 46, Siliguri. It’s right on Kadamtala Road, near the Naya Busty area. Most people know the way toward Champasari or Matigara. Our office at Haardit Developers LLP isn't fancy. We spend most of our time dealing with building stuff around the Darjeeling district. It gets pretty busy on this side of town, especially with all the new shops popping up. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, but that’s just how it is when you’re working in development. We started this because there was a lot of work needed in the local wards. My cousin and I usually handle the paperwork while the guys are out at the sites. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers from the neighborhood. If you walk past the post office in Champasari, you’re basically there. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just find us by asking around at the tea stall or through someone they know. The rains here in Siliguri can slow things down quite a bit, so we have to plan our work months ahead. It’s a lot of juggling phone calls and checking on materials. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s home for us. We just try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. There’s always something to fix or a new plan to look at. We like staying local. That's just us.
