GENEX CEMENT WORKS LLP

We are situated on Sevoke Road in Siliguri, right by the Planters Store & Agency. It is a very busy road with lots of trucks and cars going up towards the hills. Genex Cement Works is what we call our little setup. We deal with cement and related supplies for construction. Working in Siliguri means we are always in the middle of a lot of movement. The office is often dusty because of the road outside, but we do not mind it much. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a while. We are not some big corporate entity from far away. We live here and work here. The weather in the Darjeeling district can be unpredictable, so we are always checking the skies. When it is not raining, we are busy loading and unloading. There is always someone stopping by for a chat or to ask about prices. We do not have a website or any of those modern things. We just talk to people face to face. It is a more honest way to do business. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing and other times it is dead quiet. We just take it as it comes. We have been in this spot for a good bit of time now and most of the other shop owners on Sevoke Road are our friends. It is a decent way to make a living, even if the work is hard.
