Gayatri Spice House

Gayatri Spice House is run out of C/O- Mistri Lal Thakur’s place on Nivedita Road. We are in the Pradhan Nagar area. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Margaret Sister Nivedita English High School. You can often hear the school bell ringing while we are working. It’s a lively neighborhood with lots of kids and parents moving around. We deal in spices, mostly just the common ones people use in their cooking at home. Our shop isn't very large. It’s a humble space where we keep our stock. We spend time sorting through the raw materials to make sure they are okay. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't have big machines doing everything for us. We talk to the customers who come in, mostly neighbors and people from the school. Sometimes we sit outside when it’s not too busy. Pradhan Nagar is a nice place to be. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change a bit. The road can get a bit muddy when it rains, which makes deliveries tricky. But we manage just fine. We don't have any big goals of becoming a huge company. We just want to keep the shop running and provide what people need. It’s a regular job for us, and we take it one day at a time. The local shopkeepers often stop by for a chat during their breaks.
