Our office is tucked away in Purbasha Apartment on the first floor. If you are looking for Master Da Lane in Ashrampara, you’ll find us there. It’s a busy part of Siliguri, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time of day. Garura Estate Private Limited is basically just a few of us trying to keep things organized in the real estate world here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to different plots. The office has a lot of files. Some of them are probably older than they need to be, but that’s just how we keep track of things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in West Bengal. We just want to make sure the people who talk to us get straight answers about land and buildings. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes getting to the office a struggle, but we're usually around. We have a small table for meetings, and there’s always a fan running because it gets quite warm in the afternoons. We don’t have a flashy website or a bunch of slogans. We just work here. If you drop by, you might find us drinking tea and looking over maps. It’s a plain setup, but it works for what we do. We like being in this neighborhood and dealing with local folks. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast.
