We’ve been over on Gandhi Road for quite a while now. Running a travel business like Sinchal Tour And Travel means we spend most of our day on the phone or staring at computer screens looking at train schedules and flight prices. It is just a small, simple office where we try to help people get from one place to another without a whole lot of trouble. Sometimes the trains are completely full or the flights are way too expensive, and we just sit here with the customer trying to find a better way that makes sense for them. It isn’t anything fancy, just a desk, some old chairs, and a lot of paper. People come in to ask about mountain trips or maybe just a quick ride to the next town over for a family thing. We know the local roads pretty well because we live in this area too. If you are walking down Gandhi Road, you will see our sign. We handle the paperwork and the messy booking details so you don't have to deal with those websites that never seem to work right when you need them to. It gets really busy during the holiday season, but mostly it is just regular days of checking dates and confirming tickets. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how the travel stuff works. We try to be helpful and stay honest about what is available.
