We are Fulbari Realtors Llp and you can find us at Elina Residency, Shaktigarh Road No.1. We are under the care of Vijay Kumar Shah and we operate out of Sukanta Sarani. It’s a nice enough spot for an office, not too far from the main road but quiet enough to actually get some work done. Real estate around here is always changing, with new buildings going up and old places being sold, so we stay pretty busy. We aren't a big fancy outfit, just some folks who know the area well and decided to make a business out of it. Most of our time is spent talking to people about what they are looking for in a home or a plot of land. We do a lot of walking around the neighborhood to check on things. The office at Elina Residency is where we keep all the files and meet up in the mornings to plan out the day. It’s a lot of small details that you have to get right in this business or else things get messy later on. We try to keep it simple and just do the work as it comes. Some days it is just us drinking coffee and waiting for the phone to ring, and other days we don’t even have time to sit down. That’s just how the realtor life is in Shaktigarh. We’ve been doing this for a while now and it’s become a habit for us. It is just regular work for regular people.
