EMPOROS CONSTRUCTION LLP is located in Arjun Apartment, specifically in Block A, Flat No A/5 on Patel Road. It’s a bit different because we’re based out of an apartment building rather than a traditional office block. It makes the workspace feel a bit more personal and less like a cold corporate environment. We use the space to coordinate our construction jobs. There are always blueprints laying around and samples of materials like tiles or paint tucked into corners. Patel Road is a busy enough area, so there’s always something happening outside. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who know how to get buildings up. A lot of our time is spent visiting sites, so the office is often quiet until the afternoon when everyone comes back to finish up the paperwork. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets. We mostly just rely on our experience and the tools we’ve been using for years. Sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a few people over for a meeting in the flat, but we make it work. We don't go in for promotional talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We just take on the construction projects that come our way and do our best to finish them without any major hiccups.
