We’re just here to help people navigate the rules and regulations which can be a real headache. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the latest updates from the board. It’s a lot of administrative work that most people don’t want to do themselves. Our staff is just a few people who know the system well. We don't have a flashy website or a big advertising budget. Most of our clients come through word of mouth. We sit in our office, drink some tea, and go through the piles of documents every day. It’s a steady pace, especially when exam season is around the corner. We just focus on getting the forms filled out correctly so the students don't have any trouble later on. It is just a helpful little office for the local community.
