We are located right on Sevoke Road in the city of Siliguri. It’s a very busy street, always full of cars, trucks, and people heading up toward the hills or into the main market. Our office is situated right beside the Gateway Hotel, at House No. 226/E/186. It’s in Ward 11, if you’re familiar with the local municipal divisions around here. Being in Siliguri means we are always seeing new faces passing through. We handle various development tasks from this office. It’s a decent-sized space, though it gets a bit dusty because of all the heavy traffic and construction on Sevoke Road. We’ve been here for a good while and have watched the city change quite a lot over the years. The weather here can be a bit unpredictable, with heavy rains starting one minute and then the hot sun coming out the next. We just keep working through all of it. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and a lot of paperwork. We don't have a big reception desk or a fancy waiting area for people. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see us sitting at our desks. We like it that way. It’s practical and keeps things simple. Most of our day is spent talking to different contractors or checking on how things are going at the various sites we manage. Siliguri is a fast-growing place, and being on this main road keeps us involved.
