Blackspektro Solutions Private Limited is based in the Priyadarshini Apartment on Sukanta Sarani. We are right besides James School in the Lake Town area of Siliguri. It’s a nice enough spot, though when school lets out, the noise is quite something. We work out of an apartment, so it’s got a very casual, lived-in feel. There are always stacks of papers on the kitchen table and laptops everywhere. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. The air in Siliguri can be quite nice, but the humidity in West Bengal can get to us sometimes. We spend a lot of time on our computers, dealing with various tech solutions. It’s just a small group of us, and we’ve become like a little family over time. We share our snacks and talk about whatever is happening in the neighborhood. It’s not a high-pressure environment with managers breathing down our necks. We just know what we have to do and we do it. Sometimes the rain in this part of the country makes the commute a bit of a chore, but once we’re in the office, it’s fine. We like being near the school because there are always good food stalls nearby for lunch. It’s an easy, practical place to work, and we get along well.
