Bhumi Shree Nidhi Limited

Bhumi Shree Nidhi Limited is based out in Nazirpur village. We use a space at Nrependra Nath’s place. It’s a very local operation. Most days, it is just one or two of us sitting there, waiting for members to drop by. We handle the paperwork for the Nidhi company, which means a lot of filing and keeping track of small transactions. Nazirpur is a small place, so news travels fast. We don't need to advertise much because everyone knows where we are. We have a couple of benches for people to sit on if there is a wait. The room is simple, with some calendars on the wall and a lot of paper stacked up. We try to keep the books in good order, even if the office feels a bit lived-in. Dealing with the Post Office in Nazirpur is part of our routine too. We aren't a big corporation with branches everywhere. We are just here in the village, doing our bit to help people save. Sometimes we get stuck talking about local news for an hour before any business gets done. That is just the way things are here. We don't try to rush people out the door. It’s a quiet life, but we stay busy enough with the accounts. Usually, we finish up when the sun starts to go down.
