Our office for Benson Exports Win Private Limited is tucked away in Salugara, which is on the outskirts of Siliguri. We are located in Flat 402, Block A of the Coronation Valley-2 complex in Demdema Busty. It is a pretty nice area if you like being near the mountains. You can see the hills on a clear day, which is a nice break from looking at computer screens. Siliguri is a gateway for everything moving north, so being here for an export business makes sense, even if the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare sometimes. The apartment complex is quiet enough, and we use the space to manage all our export filings and coordination. It is a small team here. We don't have a giant warehouse or a storefront on the street. Most of our work is done through emails and phone calls to people all over the place. Sometimes the power goes out when there is a big storm in Darjeeling district, and we just have to wait it out. It is not always perfect, and sometimes the paperwork takes longer than it should because of some delay or another. We are just trying to make a living and keep the business growing without making too much of a fuss. The air is a bit fresher here than in the middle of town, which we appreciate during the hot months. The commute isn't too bad if you time it right.
