AIRA BUILDERS LLP

If you know the Darjeeling More area in Siliguri, you probably know where we are. We are tucked away in Siva Nagar, Pradhan Nagar, right where Punna Devi and Dinanath Gupta have their place. AIRA BUILDERS LLP is our small team. It’s a handy spot because we can get to most parts of the city quickly from here. Siliguri is always changing, and we’re just a part of that change. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a local workspace where people can just walk in and talk to us. We spend a lot of time worrying about the price of materials and whether the weather will hold up for a concrete pour. It’s a lot of coordination. You’ll usually see us with dirt on our boots because we actually go to the sites. We aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. The neighbors know us, and we try to keep things respectful. Sometimes we have tea together while discussing how the latest project is going. It's a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We just want to build things that last and don't give people headaches later on. It’s steady work and we like it that way.
