Agr Homz Private Limited is based out of the Pradhan Nagar area. Specifically, you can find us at Rajesh Bhagat’s place in the South Ambedkar Colony. It is a bit of a different vibe than being in one of those big downtown office blocks. It feels more like a part of the actual neighborhood. We work on various housing and home projects around this part of town. It is mostly just us sitting around a wooden table figuring out the next steps for whatever project is currently on hand. Being in a colony means we know the neighbors and what is happening on the street. It is a lot less formal than those offices in the city center. We do not have a big sign outside or a fancy website. Most of the people who deal with us know us personally or heard about us from someone else living in Pradhan Nagar. We handle the local logistics and make sure the building materials get where they need to go. Sometimes the roads are a bit tight for the delivery trucks, but we always find a way to make it work. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, visiting sites and talking to the crews. There is always some small problem to solve, like a delayed delivery or a change in a plan. We just take it as it comes.
