Vijay Sattu Udyog

You can find us at Vijay Sattu Udyog over in Laheriasarai. We are situated near the Darbhanga Bazar Samiti, which is quite close to National Highway 57. The location is convenient for the trucks coming in with raw grains. We spend our days grinding and processing sattu. It's dusty work, and the flour gets everywhere, but that is just part of the job. We have a few grinders that we keep running as much as possible. It is a family-run sort of thing, and we have been in this spot on VIP Road for a while. The traffic outside can get pretty heavy, especially with the highway nearby. We don't do anything too complicated here. We just take the gram, roast it, and grind it into the powder people use for their meals. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them ourselves. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People just come to the gate or we send stuff out to the local shops. It is steady work. We try to keep the quality consistent so folks keep coming back. There isn't much else to say about it. We are just a local unit doing our bit in the market area, making sure the sattu is fresh for whoever needs it. It gets loud and busy, but we prefer it that way compared to sitting in an office all day long.
