Vartos Infrastructure Private Limited is situated in Hanumannagar, within the village and tola of Narsara in Darbhanga. We are officially listed at Khata No-308 and Khesra-1655, but to everyone around here, we are just the local building guys. We handle infrastructure projects, which usually means a lot of coordination with different departments and workers. It’s not a very glamorous life. We spend a lot of time in the mud or the dust depending on the season. Darbhanga has its challenges, especially during the monsoon when everything floods. We have to plan our work around that. Our team is small and we don't have a big corporate headquarters. We mostly work out of our local spot and on the actual sites. It’s a lot of checking measurements and making sure the supplies are what we ordered. Sometimes things don't go according to plan, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. We aren't trying to be a massive company. We just want to do our job well enough that the next project comes our way. It’s honest, practical work. We know the local people and we hire from the nearby areas. We aren't interested in fancy marketing. We just focus on the concrete and the steel. It is just a regular local business.
