Vaidya Masale

You can find Vaidya Masale right at Kapasiya Chowk on Nh-31. We are located near the Jubilee Pump, which is a big landmark for anyone driving through. Being right on the national highway means there’s a lot of dust and noise, but it also means we are easy to find for anyone passing by. We deal with masale, which means there’s a lot of grinding going on inside our building. The noise of the machines is something you just get used to after the first week. We aren't a big factory or anything, just a local setup where we process things in small batches. The floor is always a bit stained and the air is spicy enough to make your eyes water if you aren't used to it. We don't have any corporate offices or people in suits. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty every day. The Jubilee Pump is where we usually tell people to stop if they are looking for us. We’ve been at Kapasiya Chowk for years and we’ve seen the highway change quite a bit in that time. We don't have any big promises to make.
