Umashanti Construction Private Limited

We are located at House No. 112 in Ward No. 42, right in the heart of Laheriasarai. Umashanti Construction Private Limited isn't some giant corporation with a glass building; we just work out of our space in Balbhadarpur West. Darbhanga is a place where everybody knows everyone, and we like it that way. Most days, you will find us sitting around the main desk talking about the next batch of bricks or where the sand is coming from. The traffic outside can be a real headache, especially during the market hours, but we manage to get our trucks through. My uncle used to say that building a house is like raising a child, and we see it that way too. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see a few of us looking over some dusty papers or drinking tea from the stall around the corner. The walls in the office could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy at the sites to worry about that. We have been in this part of Bihar for a while now. The humidity in the summer makes the work slow, and the monsoon rains stop us completely for weeks, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't promise anything impossible, we just do the work as it comes and try to stay honest with our neighbors.
