Sarvatrasrishti Foundation

Sarvatrasrishti Foundation is based in Darbhanga. We are located at Dilip Kumar Yadav’s residence. It’s not a big commercial office or a corporate headquarters. It is just a home where we have set aside some space to run the foundation. We don't have a lot of employees or a big hierarchy. It’s just a few of us who handle everything from the cleaning to the record-keeping. Darbhanga is a nice place to live and work, and we feel connected to the people here. We don't use any of those fancy marketing slogans you see in the newspapers. We just do our work quietly. Most people find out about us from their neighbors or friends. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one to let people know they’ve reached the right place. Our days are filled with the usual tasks like answering questions and filling out forms. It’s not glamorous, but it is honest work. We don't try to sound like a big company because we value the personal touch. If someone comes to see us, we sit down and talk like normal people. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a few chairs. It’s a simple way to run a foundation and it works for us. We just take things one day at a time here in Darbhanga. That’s really all there is to it.
