R.K.S.Construction Pvt. Ltd. is located out here in Patory Basant, which is a bit of a distance if you are coming from the main city area. We are situated near the DMC area in Darbhanga, specifically at the place of Shree Dilip Kumar. It’s a quiet locality, but we stay quite busy with our various building projects. Construction work is never really finished, and there is always something that needs fixing or a new plan that needs looking at. Our office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a big table where we spread out our maps and documents. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just rely on the work we do to show people what we are about. Working in Bihar can be tough when the rains start, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the delays. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. It feels more like a small community than a big company. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites making sure the materials arrived. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things go wrong, but we just try to fix it and move on. We are just local people trying to make a living and build things that will last for the families around here. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time.
