Pusada Food Processing Private Limited is located over in Laheriasarai at Balbhadrapur Navtoliya. We are working out of the space provided by Nand Kishor Paswan, who is the son of Rajdev Paswan. It’s a local food processing unit. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us making sure the processing goes as it should. The building is simple and we’ve filled it with the tools we need for our work. Navtoliya is a nice area, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We handle various food items and spend most of our hours sorting, cleaning, and packing. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We are usually in our work clothes, getting our hands dirty. Sometimes the logistics of getting supplies to Laheriasarai can be a bit tricky, but we’ve figured out the best routes by now. We aren't making any big promises about being the leaders in the industry. We just want to do a decent job every day and keep the business going. We have our small office in one corner where we keep the ledgers and records. It’s a practical, local business that cares about doing things the right way. We are just regular people trying to build something for ourselves in our own neighborhood. There is always a lot to do, and we don't mind the long hours when the work is steady.
