Prakash Honey

Prakash Honey is out in Ward No.5 of Village Nayatola Dhabauli. We are pretty far out in the Laukahi Tehsil, and our post office is Laukahi Dhanchhar. If you are trying to find the place, just look for the big mobile tower nearby. That is the only real landmark we have in this part of the village. Being out in the countryside is necessary for the kind of work we do with honey. It is a quiet life compared to the towns, and we are surrounded by fields and trees. The seasons really dictate how our days go. When the flowers are blooming, we are incredibly busy, and when it is the off-season, things slow down a lot. The village roads are not paved very well, so getting supplies in and out can be a challenge, especially when it rains and everything turns to mud. We have a basic building where we process things and keep our equipment. It is not a high-tech facility, just a lot of manual labor and traditional ways of doing things. Most of the people working here are from the village itself. We have known each other for years. We do not have a marketing department; we just produce what we can and sell it to the people who know us. It is honest work, and we like being close to the land here in Nayatola Dhabauli.
