PMT BUILDTECH is based out of Shop No. 81 in Kabirchak, right there in the Dilawarpur area near Sadar Thana. Vivek Kumar is the one who handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff at the shop. We are a small construction tech firm, but really, we just spend our time figuring out how to get things built better. Darbhanga is our home, and we like working with the people here. It can be a bit chaotic at the shop with people coming in and out and the noise from the Sadar Thana area. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We do a lot of the planning and material sourcing from this little spot. Sometimes we get pretty busy and the paperwork piles up, but we try to stay on top of it. Construction is a tough business because there are so many moving parts, but we enjoy the challenge. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one for our neighbors. If you need to find us, we are usually at the shop or out at a site checking on the progress. We use simple tools and simple language because that’s what we know. It’s just us, doing our thing and trying to stay productive without making a big fuss about everything we do.
