Leon Construction & Properties Private Limited has its office on the second floor of the Parwati Nursing Home. We are located in the Bhikhanpur area, care of Dr. Bhagwan Das Singh. It’s a bit of a different kind of location for a construction company, but it works well for us. We handle both construction jobs and property management from this spot. Bhikhanpur is a busy neighborhood, and being here puts us right in the middle of things. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It has the basic stuff we need like desks and files. We don't have time for a lot of corporate polish or fancy words. We would rather be out at a property or a building site making sure things are moving along. Working with properties means we meet all kinds of people every day. Some days we are very busy and others are a bit more relaxed. That’s just the nature of the business. Having Dr. Bhagwan Das Singh’s name on our address makes it easier for people to find us since he is well-known in the area. We are just a regular group of people doing our best to run a business in the construction and property sector. We don't have a mission statement. We just get the work done. If you come up to the second floor, you will find us there most days. It’s a simple, hardworking life for us and we've been here for a while.
