Godawri Jiwachh Memorial Hospital And Research Centre

Our hospital is located on Tara Hotel Road, right near the DMC Campus in the Benta area of Shahganj. It’s a long name for a place, but most people just know us as the hospital near the campus. Being so close to the medical college campus means there is always a lot of medical talk and students around the area. The road outside can get pretty hectic with rickshaws and people walking everywhere. Inside the hospital, we have different sections for different kinds of care. We also do some research work, which means there are often people looking at charts and data in the back rooms. It’s a serious place but we try to keep a friendly vibe so people aren't too scared when they come in. The building has been here for a while and you can see it in the walls and the floors. We don't have a lot of money for fancy renovations, so we just focus on keeping everything working and clean. We see a lot of patients from the surrounding villages who travel quite a way to get here. It’s a lot of responsibility. We don't use fancy slogans or have big billboards. Most of the people who come here do so because their neighbors or family members came here before. We just try to keep up with the daily demand and make sure we don't miss anything important. It’s a busy life at this hospital.
