Darbhanga Islamia Hospital & Cancer Research Centre Private Limited is our name. You can find us over in Ismailganj, near the old Light House Cinema. We are registered care of Omar Khalid. We have been set up in Darbhanga for quite a bit now. It’s a hospital but we also do some work with cancer research on the side. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like some big corporate entity. We're just local people working in the Ismailganj area. The cinema is a good landmark for people trying to find us. It’s a busy part of town and we see a lot of people coming and going. We don't have any flashy signs or big marketing campaigns. We just focus on the medical work. Dealing with cancer is tough, so we try to keep things grounded and simple for everyone. It’s not an easy job, but someone has to do it. We have a small team and we all know each other well. The hospital has been here through many changes in the neighborhood. We don't use fancy talk or try to sound better than we are. We are just a hospital doing our part in Darbhanga. People know they can find us near the cinema if they need help. We just take it one day at a time, keeping the research moving and the patients cared for. That is our way of doing things around here.
