Baking4Joy Llp

We are located in Azamnagar, right near the M.C. High School road in Dharbhanga. Baking4Joy Llp is our little setup here, and we’ve been at this spot for a while now, under the name of the son of late Mahabir Mahtha. Being near the school means there’s always a lot of noise and kids running around, which keeps the area lively. Our day starts before the sun comes up because that’s when the ovens need to be hot. You can usually smell the bread from a block away if the wind is blowing the right way. It’s a messy job with flour getting on everything, including our clothes and the floor. We don't have a professional cleaning crew, so we just sweep up ourselves at the end of each shift. The kitchen isn't huge, but we’ve learned how to move around each other without bumping heads too much. Sometimes the oven temperatures are a bit finicky and we have to keep a close eye on things so nothing burns. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Mostly, people just stop by because they’ve lived in Lal Bagh their whole lives and know we’re here. It’s a straightforward business. We bake things, people buy them, and we go home. It’s not about being the most famous bakery; it’s just about making decent stuff that tastes okay and keeping the lights on. We just hope the equipment holds up for another season. It gets really hot in there by midday.
